Cosplay photographer creating character-led portraits at cons, on location, or in the studio. Controlled light, clean edits. Con shoots are collaborative/TFP (no fee), minimum 3 finished edits per character. Location/studio sessions are collaboration or quoted commission.

Cosplay Shoot Process

Con, photo con, location, or studio, here’s how we make it happen.

 

1.Fill out the form

 

Tell me the character(s), where you want to shoot (con/photo con, location, studio, or project), and any dates you’ve got in mind. Links to refs/mood boards help a lot, even for quick con shoots.

 

 

2.planning

 

We lock the vibe, timing, and what’s realistic for the space.

Con/photo con: we agree a meet point and a quick shot list.

Location/studio: I’ll quote based on your brief (and any studio hire/travel).

Project shoots: we plan deeper concept, roles, and logistics.

 

 

3.Picture time

 

I’ll guide posing and prompts so it doesn’t feel awkward. We’ll chase character moments first, then build variety hero frames, details, and a few options for socials.

 

 

4.Delivering photos

 

Finished edits are delivered via an online gallery.

Con/photo con collaboration: minimum 3 completed edits per character (more if we shoot multiple times over the event).

Commissioned shoots: delivery and edit count are based on what we’ve agreed in the quote.
